The Salamanca City Council has presented its new water tender truck (nodriza), a MAN fire pump vehicle with a capacity of 7,800 litres, expandable up to 19,800 litres thanks to an additional reservoir on the upper part. This model represents a significant advance for the Fire, Prevention, and Rescue Service (#SPEIS), guaranteeing a sufficient water supply for any intervention, especially in areas outside the urban core or hard-to-reach industrial zones.

Highlighted features:

This water tender truck is the sixth fire pump vehicle of the SPEIS and has become the one with the largest capacity within the service. With this addition, the service has a modern and diversified fleet, prepared to respond to the most demanding needs of the municipality.

We are pleased to announce that Incipresa has successfully completed the delivery of two new vehicles for the Ceuta Fire and Rescue Service (SEIS): a light urban pump and a heavy rural pump.

Investment and Features

These vehicles represent a total investment of 700,480 euros, distributed as follows:

Improving Response Capacity

The addition of these vehicles to the Ceuta SEIS fleet aims to update and improve operability with state-of-the-art equipment.

The new pumps will provide Ceuta firefighters with greater versatility and effectiveness in fighting fires in various areas, including urban, forest and industrial areas.

Guarantees and Maintenance

Warranty period: 2 years against any manufacturing or assembly defect in the vehicles and their equipment.

Guaranteed spare parts: Up to 10 years.

Driving instruction: Specialized personnel will instruct the Ceuta team in the handling of the new units.

This new heavy tanker truck equipped with cutting-edge technology from Incipresa aims to enhance the response capacity of the Almería fire service in emergencies. This new vehicle is not only a valuable asset for the emergency team due to its advanced technology but also due to its significant water storage capacity, capable of holding up to 7,000 litres.

The presentation of this resource was attended by the Mayor of Almería, María del Mar Vázquez, who together with María del Mar García Lorca, Councillor for the Area of ​​Security and Public Function, and Francisco Bretones, Head of the Fire Station, highlighted the functions and specialisation of the vehicle.

This vehicle joins the Fire and Rescue Service (S.E.I.S.) team, completing the renewal of this type of vehicle that is essential for the service.

This vehicle, fully equipped with a 7,000-litre tank, is equipped with cutting-edge technology and prepared to face any type of emergency. It has a fixed monitor on the roof of the body, operable from inside the cabin, capable of projecting water with an effective range of up to 64 metres and with adjustable flow.

It also includes a lighting mast extendable up to six metres, which has two 100 W reflectors, ideal for illuminating the work area in night situations. In addition, it is equipped with essential firefighting tools, such as both fixed and extendable ladders, a 66kV dielectric rescue pole, a chainsaw, a cutting disc, a portable multi-expansion foam unit, an electric positive pressure fan, and a bilge pump capable of handling 72,000 liters per hour.

The investment of almost 350,000 euros in this vehicle reflects the municipal administration’s ongoing commitment to strengthening and expanding the human and material resources available to the Fire Station, emphasizing the safety of firefighters and the people of Almería.

The service now has 19 vehicles in its fleet and the improvement of the equipment is expected to continue, with additional investments planned for the future in infrastructure and equipment, thus ensuring the maintenance of the commitment to public safety and efficiency in emergency response.

It is with great pleasure that we deliver another Pentheom Holmatro kit and Jota chocks to the Volunteer Firefighters of Mangualde, Portugal, thus strengthening their response capacity in traffic accident situations.

With the new acquisition, the corporation is now even more prepared with more new generation tools.
